Understanding Depression

Depression is the second most common Mental Health issue in Australia. It is estimated that 45 per cent of people will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. In any one year, around 1 million Australian adults will struggle with depression. This seminar will explore how to recognise the symptoms of depression and useful strategies to manage it. The focus will be on helping ourselves as well as helping family and friends who might be struggling with this illness.
